2. Job requirements
- Practical knowledge of pastry, baking and dessert preparation.
- Previous experience in a hotel, bakery, restaurant or professional pastry kitchen preferred.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, recipes and temperature control.
- Skills in cake decoration, chocolate work and dessert presentation are an advantage.
- Ability to maintain quality and work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation and safe ingredient storage.
- Creativity, attention to detail and teamwork.
- Culinary or bakery and confectionery training is an advantage.
- Basic English communication skills are beneficial.
- Valid passport and ability to meet the employer's visa and medical requirements.
