2. Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in hotels, restaurants or the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience as a senior waiter, team leader or restaurant captain is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership and customer-service skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, table service and dining etiquette.
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to manage a team and work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Good grooming, professional behaviour and punctuality.
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
- Hospitality or hotel management training is an advantage.
- Valid passport and ability to meet the employer's visa and medical requirements.
