2. Job requirements
- Relevant experience in restaurant or hotel operations.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar leadership role is preferred.
- Strong leadership, staff-management and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service and hospitality standards.
- Understanding of budgets, sales targets, inventory and cost control.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with POS systems, reservations and basic reporting software.
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Degree, diploma or training in Hotel Management, Hospitality or Business Administration is preferred.
- Valid passport and ability to meet the employer's visa and medical requirements.
