2. COMMON JOB REQUIREMENTS
Valid passport and eligibility to obtain the required Serbian work authorisation.
Basic English preferred; ability to understand workplace instructions is an advantage.
Previous relevant experience preferred, although entry-level candidates may be considered depending on the employer.
Physically fit and able to perform the duties associated with the selected position.
Responsible, punctual, hardworking and willing to learn.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends and authorised overtime as required.
Ability to follow employer policies, safety procedures and local laws.
Willingness to provide genuine documents required for recruitment and visa processing.
For delivery positions, an appropriate valid driving licence is required where applicable, together with compliance with Serbian driving rules.
For forklift or specialised machinery duties, the relevant training or certification is required.
3. ADVERTISED EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS
Working hours: Approximately 40 hours per week; overtime arrangements subject to the employment contract and applicable law.
